This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Generate a consolidated PDF for a data book (modified in an update)
You can combine all the PDFs of documents and files attached to a data book and its chapters into a single consolidated PDF.
Only the data book owner can generate a consolidated PDF. The data book owner is one or more user(s) selected from the Item owner(s) list for the data book or the user who created the data book if an owner was not selected.
The consolidated PDF generation of a data book is faster if you generate each individual PDF first for every file attached to the documents or data book chapters. For more information on generating the PDFs for a file, see Generating PDFs.
