A Discipline Lead role allows the engineering department to review the requirements of the change request. As a discipline lead, you can review the current scope and add documents and tags (if any) that are impacted by the change. You can also design a proposed solution for the change request.
If the proposed solution requires a new project, then a business administrator should step in and create the project before to implement the proposed solution.
Assign a Discipline Engineer or an Engineer role to the users using the Discipline Lead role.
