By default, reports publish to a PDF; however, reports can be configured to publish to multiple formats. Supported formats include Excel, PDF, Word, RTF, and CSV. Reports can be configured to have a single output format or multiple formats. If a single output is configured, the report automatically generates. If multiple formats are specified, you can choose a preferred format in the Selection Criteria dialog box.
Administrators can create, configure, and manage report parameters for a custom report. You can use these report parameters to filter data on a report in order to print specific information.
For example, a report parameter for Discipline can be added to the IWP Summary report. When you print the IWP Summary report, you can select a specific discipline on the Selection Criteria dialog box; only IWPs associated with that discipline print on the report.
Custom reports can also be created. For more information, see the Smart Construction Customization.
