When Smart Construction is installed on a server, the Project Configuration Sample.xlsx is delivered to the Templates folder of the installation location (for example, browse to [Drive]:\Program Files (x86)\SmartConstruction\2019\Templates\Import Project Data Systems to find Project Configuration Sample.xlsx).
