Click Snapshot Current View
on the 3D model or 2D drawing Toolbox or press CTRL + S.

On the Snapshot dialog box, type a name for the snapshot in the Name box.

Select an IWP from the IWP list to relate the snapshot to.
You can only annotate snapshots that are saved to a single IWP. If you select multiple
IWPs from the IWP list to save the snapshot, you cannot annotate the image.

Select View and annotate snapshot after save to add notes and annotations to the image.

Click Save to add the new snapshot to the selected IWP.
After the images saves, the image opens in SmartPlant Markup Plus.

Click
> New to add new markups to the image.

Click
> Save to save the annotated image. Type and select information to save the image on the
Save Layer dialog box and click OK.
You must have SmartPlant Markup Plus 2011 R5 installed in order to include the annotated
image with the printed IWP. If you are using an earlier version of SmartPlant Markup
Plus, the annotated image is available in the IWP for reference, but the snapshot
is not includes in the printed IWP.
You can click 
at any time in SmartPlant Markup Plus, or you can press CTRL +H to view the help.
