Before saving your filter view, personalize your view by zooming in and out of the model or drawing, applying filters, changing colors, showing or hiding items in the model or drawing, or changing the display of model or drawing components.

To open a filter view that you saved, expand the Saved filters group in the Available Filters group. Select a filter name and add it to the Applied Filters group.

Click Save Filters
on the Applied Filters group on the 3D model or 2D drawing Toolbox.

Type a name in the Name box on the Save Filter View dialog box.

Select the option Filter available for all users if you want the saved filter to be available to all users on the server.

Select the option Filter available for all models or Filter available for all drawings if you want the filter available for all models and drawings.
If you select the option Filter available for all models or Filter available for all drawings, the filter is available for all models and drawings that contain components related
to the filter.

Select the option Auto load when model is loaded or Auto load when drawing is loaded to automatically load saved filters when you open a model or drawing.
