When Smart Construction is installed on a server the ROP Configuration.xlsm workbook is delivered to the Templates folder of the installation location (for example, browse to [Drive]:\Program Files (x86)\SmartConstruction\2019\Templates\ROP Configuration to find ROP Configuration.xlsm).
