A process that imports document data from an .XML file submitted to maintain data consistency across the system. When you retrieve a document, the retrieved data is analyzed in the database, which can place workflow tasks on a user's To Do List. The tasks on the To Do List allow you to create, delete, or modify items at the appropriate time in the design or review process.
