In order to configure a secondary site for Smart Construction, a SmartPlant Foundation secondary site must already be configured on an alternate server.
When you create the SmartPlant Foundation secondary site, use the SmartPlant Foundation
primary site that you are using with Smart Construction as the basis for the new secondary
site.

After creating the SmartPlant Foundation secondary site in SmartPlant Foundation
Server Manager on the alternate server, you do not need to relate the site to any
SmartPlant Foundation scheduler objects. Instead, you can create a Smart Construction
secondary site and then relate that site to the Smart Construction scheduler.
