On the Toolbox, click Expand to expand the Applied Filters group, if not expanded already.
The drawing name is the first item displayed in the Applied Filters group.

Click Add Filter on the Applied Filters group. The Available Filters group displays.

Click Expand next to filter items in the Available Filters group that you want to display in the drawing.

Search for a filter name, if applicable.
You can use wildcards to narrow search results. ? finds any single character. * and % find any string of characters.

Add a filter from the Available Filters group to the Applied Filters group. You can add a filter one of the following ways:

Select the check box next to a filter name on the Available Filters group.

Select a filter name on the Available Filters group and drag the filter name to the Applied Filters group.

Double-click the filter name in the Available Filters group to add to the Applied Filters group.

Only IWP filters populated with components in the open drawing are available for use.

You can apply multiple filters to a 2D drawing.

Click Collapse and Expand to minimize and maximize the Toolbox and Toolbox groups.

If you apply a filter and there are not any drawing components associated with the filter, a No components in filter icon displays.
