To download these templates:

1. Select the Shift Handover scope.

2. Right-click your connection node or a Shift Handover folder in the navigation pane and select Download Sample Templates. A zip file with the templates is downloaded.

To use the templates:

1. Extract the templates from the zip file.

2. Import the template designs into your shift handover configurations as required.
