The Carry Over? setting determines whether the user assigned to the associated role is automatically carried over from one IndustraForm instance to the next.
To adjust the Carry Over? column:

Double-click the Carry Over? column next to the role you want to adjust.

If the assigned user should be carried over from a different role on the previous IndustraForm instance, select the role from which the user should be carried over from. For example, select Incoming Supervisor for the Outgoing Supervisor role so that the assigned Incoming Supervisor becomes the Outgoing Supervisor for the next instance of a shift handover. |
In operator rounds, role assignment is carried over when the operator round is started
(when Start Round is selected).
