Every Shift Handover IndustraForm is associated with a Shift Handover header-record containing data that is common to every shift such as its date, start time, finish time and status. These header-records appear as log entries in the j5 Shift Handover logbook. Shift Handover header-records are created and configured in j5 Shift Handover Configuration as described in Creating a Shift Handover Form.
Some of the fields in the Shift Handover header-record can be synchronised with their associated IndustraForm by referencing the name of the field. Prelinked fields that are available for use in a Shift Handover IndustraForm are shown in the table below.

Field Name: The name of the field in the Shift Handover header-record.

Direction: The direction(s) in which data is updated: in both directions (default); from header-record to IndustraForm; or, from IndustraForm to header-record.

Which Form?: The IndustraForm(s) in which the linked field is recognised: every IndustraForm associated with the header record (default); or, the Main Handover Form only
