An entry gate on a section acts as a section barrier. A section with a configured entry gate:

Can only be submitted and approved after all of the preceding sections with configured entry gates have been completed.

Defines the IndustraForm’s state as soon as the section is activated (as soon as the section can be submitted).

Can’t be revised after it has been submitted when another entry gate section in the IndustraForm has been activated.
