The scope selector determines what files are displayed in the navigation pane and what files can be created. This is helpful when creating files so that you can focus on the application you’re busy with and you can filter out the other unrelated files.
By default, Everything is displayed. The following scope options are available:
The application options available in the scope selector are determined by what applications
are installed on your j5 System.
Everything
Displays all of the files regardless of their application, and allows you to create application specific (if the application’s folder exists) or shared files across all of the scopes.
Application scope
Displays the application’s files, and allows you to create files for that application.
Reports
Displays all of the report files, and allows you to create reports.
