  1. Right-click the IndustraForm template in the navigation pane and select View Change History. The IndustraForm template's Change History window appears.

  2. Right-click the version of the form you want to revert back to and select:

    • Roll Back to Version - The selected version of the IndustraForm template appears in the IndustraForm Editor. This version is not made live.

    • Make this version Live - The selected version of the IndustraForm template is published to your j5 System (it is made "live"). This version is not displayed in the IndustraForm Editor.
