When your computer screen's resolution and text scaling has been increased, you might experience some of the following issues in the j5 IndustraForm Designer:

  • The sign in window is too small to display the boxes for your sign in details.

  • The icons in the navigation pane are very small.

  • The rows in the IndustraForm templates are too narrow to display the content clearly.

To resolve these issues:

  1. Open the j5 IndustraForm Designer.

  2. Right-click on the j5 IndustraForm Designer icon in the taskbar.

  3. Right-click on the j5 IndustraForm Designer name in the shortcut menu and select Properties.

  4. Select the Compatibility tab.

  5. In the Settings section, click Change high DPI settings.

    If you want to apply the setting changes to all the accounts configured on your computer, click Change settings for all users at the bottom of the Properties window and then click Change high DPI settings.

  6. In the Program DPI section, select the Use this setting to fix scaling problems for this program instead of the one in Settings check box.

  7. In the High DPI scaling override section, select the Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: check box.

  8. Select System (Enhanced) from the Application option list.

  9. Click OK.

  10. Click Apply.

  11. Click OK.
