Problem
When you try to open a file, the following messages appear:

Converting deprecated markup layers

Encountered an unexpected error whilst executing ConvertMarkupsOntheFly, see server logs for more details. Error: Queue server operation timed out, increase BravaConversionTimeout and try again
Common Cause
You might encounter this problem when the markup conversion time taken by the queue server is longer than the default timeout.
Solution
Increase the value of the BravaConversionTimeout property under the Site Settings node in the Server Manager as required.
