This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Update a user (modified in an update).

  1. In the Business Administration feature set, select User Management.

  2. In the User tab, find the required user, and select OpenMenu > UPDATE.

SHARED Tip To disable a user's account, select Disable User.

If a user's account is disabled, a business administrator must reassign items owned by the user to other roles or users. Items that can be transferred to another user include workflow steps, actions, and technical queries. For information on how to reassign items, see Reassign work to a different user.
