The VTLViewAllJobs client API is used to control permission to view jobs created by other users. This client API uses no parameters.
The VTLViewAllJobs method uses this client API to control permission to view jobs created by other users in the Data Validator Job Management module.
Only the users granted access to this method can view jobs created by others.
