User role assignments can be copied between users.
Once you have created new users, you may want to copy role assignments from an existing user to the new users. This can be done for a specified role or configuration. For more information, see Copy role assignments to another user.
When you have created new configurations, you can copy the assignments for all the users in an existing configuration to the same users in the new configuration. For more information, see Copy user access between configurations.
Any existing role assignments are overwritten by the copy process.
