Problem
In a Citrix environment using Web Client in Internet Explorer, when you click Export All to Excel to download a copy of your search results to a file and are prompted to save the file, the download fails.
Solution
You must configure your browser security to allow file download from Internet locations.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options.

Click the Security tab, and click Internet.

Click Custom Level.

In the Downloads section, set File Download to Enabled.
