An export report is available for download only if the load job fails in the second stage of the export process. The information in the Microsoft Excel report allows you to take any corrective actions.

  1. On the My Load Jobs page, select a load job, and click Refresh .

  2. Click the Export Report link available below the EXPORT progress bar.

    SHARED Tip The report is saved to the default download location on your computer.
