Problem
If you use Microsoft Windows 10 with earlier versions of Internet Explorer 11, you will get the following error and cannot access Web Client.
The Client application made an invalid request
Solution
This is a known Microsoft issue.
Update to the latest feature versions of Microsoft Windows 10 and Internet Explorer 11 using windows updates.
We recommend the following minimum version when using Internet Explorer as your web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0.14393.0 (update version 11.0.33) or later.
