Problem
If you have a system enabled to use Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) but the system does not have IWA enabled, when you attempt to log on to the Web Client, the following error message appears:
Invalid username or password
Solution
If you are using system that uses Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) without IWA enabled, you must ensure that your users passwords are created and conform to the FIPS standards.
