The Unclaim command allows you to release objects from the control of a project without merging the changes to the plant configuration.

Search for the objects you want to unclaim from the project scope.

Select one or more object(s) in the Results table.

In the sidebar, click Actions
> Concurrent Engineering > Unclaim.

In the Items to Unclaim from <Project Name> section of the Unclaim page, do one of the following:

If an object does not have any dependencies, select one or more such objects, and click UNCLAIM.

If an object has mandatory dependencies, resolve them to unclaim such objects. For more information, see Claim and Unclaim related objects.

Tags with required dependent objects have Item has dependencies
icon shown in the menu.

Once an object is unclaimed, it is automatically removed from the Items to Unclaim list.
