Right-clicking a consolidated object, and clicking Action > Run Inconsistency Report for Published Data results in the following error message:

For generating the cross domain report on a shared object, use the method
View Consolidate data for CDW site or View Shared Instrument for a DWShared site.
Problem
The method associated with the Run Inconsistency Report for Published Data command is not supported for consolidated objects.
Solution

Right-click the consolidated object, click Action, and select a command for consolidated objects.
