  1. Click Print Print from the Markup Toolbar and select the required print options.

    Option

    Description

    Pages to print:

    All

    Print each page of the file you are viewing.

    Current Page

    Print only the page you are currently viewing.

    Current View

    Print your current view. For example, if you are zoomed into a file, only the content that is included in your view is printed.

    SHARED Tip This is recommended for better performance.

    Specify Pages

    Print each page you enter in the text box. You can enter a single page number, a comma-separated list, and/or a range of pages.

    For example: 5, 9-15, 23, 62-86

    Include comments

    Include an additional page after each page printed. This page includes a summary of each comment made on the printed page.

    Include markups

    Include all annotations in the markup layers that are open for review.

    Print Grayscale

    Print page elements, including annotations, in shades of gray.

    Print Quality

    You can select High or Normal print quality.

    Watermark

    Add a watermark to the printed file. See the "Watermark options" table.

    Option

    Description

    Choose a location to edit watermarks

    Select where the watermark is placed on each page.

    Text

    Enter the watermark text.

    Font

    Choose a font for the watermark text.

    Size

    Choose a font size for the watermark text.

    Opacity

    Set the opacity of the watermark.

    Style

    Choose a color, or set the watermark text to boldface, italicized, or underlined.

    Reset All Settings

    Resets to default settings and empties the Text field.

    Cancel

    Cancels changes and returns you to the print dialog box.

    OK

    Saves changes and returns you to the print dialog box.

  2. When you are done, click Print.
