You can add, delete, or duplicate an object row(s), as well as edit the object details
and property values in cells under the column headings in the results table.
Why can't I see List Edit?
The ability to use List Edit must be configured by the system administrator for each
specific object and data type. Access permissions must also be granted to your user
profile and role to use List Edit. Existing security permissions for any configuration
can also mean that List Edit does not appear in the toolbar or actions menu for some
data types.
List Edit is disabled by default. For more information about configuring objects
for List Edit, see Configure objects for use in List Edit.
Why can't I edit data in a column?
The columns you see and the order they are displayed is determined by the access to
the object's column set. The object values displayed in columns in the List Edit window can be configured to be viewable, editable, mandatory, or read-only. Some objects
may be configured to be only viewable by a specific role but may be editable by another
role. You might not have access to columns due to the column set access set for your
role.
For more information on your role's access to editing values in columns, contact
your system administrator.

Configure the Delete command in List Edit.
-
You cannot revert changes after clicking SAVE.
-
You can duplicate any newly created row before it is committed to the database.
Why can't I see Delete in List Edit?
Your administrator can remove the Delete command for object rows in List Edit to help prevent users from deleting important records from the database. The display
of the Delete command can be configured for each object type. For more information, see Configure the Delete command in List Edit.
-
If you display related items from a starting object, newly created items need to be
related to the original object. For example, if you are editing the related tags from
an area, any new tags created need to be related to the original area using the Area column.
-
The name column is only editable in newly created rows. When ENS is configured for
the object type, the name column is not editable.
-
If the classification column is not present in the column set, you must choose the
required class definition for the new object from the classification tree. You can
view the object's classification by clicking Expand Details at the beginning of each row if it is not present in the column set.
