  1. Go to software\SPCTools\Telerik Localization on Azure Storage Explorer.

  2. Place the folders from that location in the bin directory of the client install location.

If you are already using a folder like de-DE it will not work if you put the files from Telerik's de folder in this location. (Question: What are the de/de-DE folders? Are they going to know what this note means?)
