Users, based on security and software configuration, can perform the following actions in Smart Construction:

• Manage work planned for a construction project by creating, viewing, or updating work packages.

• View, navigate, and filter 3D models of your construction project.

• View, navigate, and filter 2D drawings of your construction project.

• View all documents from the SmartPlant Foundation system configured with your project.

• View project-level materials information in Smart Construction.

• View and generate reports for your project. All reports can be personalized and customized to fit your business needs. For more information on report personalization and customization, see Smart Construction API.

• View and plan work using the Work Package Schedule, which displays IWPs along a timeline, so you can see the duration of a planned IWP and its status.

• View, open, and plan component register documents that were retrieved into your project, such as cable schedules.

• Reference work steps, view drawings, and track progress for installation work packages (IWPs) on the Smart Construction OnSite mobile app.
