3D files take long time to load in Smart Construction - Intergraph Smart Construction - Hotfix 14 - Help - Hexagon

Problem

When it takes a lot longer to load 3D files.

Solution

Verify that you have ISIP 15.2 or later version installed on your server.

If there were already Hexagon 3D files published to or stored in the database before you installed ISIP 15.2 or later, you must manually regenerate the WebGL viewer files for those 3D files with the newer version of ISIP. You can generate in batch using the Create Renditions in Batch command. For more information, see CreateRenditionsInBatch client API and Create and view batch renditions. You might also want to verify the following settings:

• Activate the Local Group Policy for Citrix Windows Server

• Check for installed graphics cards

• Make sure graphics card is working and up to date

• Hardware Acceleration Setup for a Remote Desktop

• Hardware Acceleration Setup - NVidia Check
