You can request materials status information for the BOM lists that appear in the BOM List pane. The BOM List pane is populated with BOM entries from the drawings and components that are attached to the IWP.

Click Work Packages on the project home page.

Select an IWP from the Work Packages browser.

Click Materials.

Select one or more BOM entries from BOM List pane.

Click Get Status to request material status for the selected BOM entries.

You can get status for materials if you are assigned the SPC_ManagePackageMaterialStatus access group.

If you need to get an updated status after the initial status, make your changes and click Refresh Status.

Select Show Detail Information checkbox to view substituted idents, multiple warehouses, and other additional information for the materials.
