Change existing property value to null in the component registers - Intergraph Smart Construction - Hotfix 14 - Help - Hexagon

Admins can use this functionality to change specific property values to null so that they appear blank in the component register.

1. Open the component register load file generator in (C:) > Program Files > SmartConstruction > Templates > Component Registers.

2. Go to the Data tab of the spreadsheet.

3. In the cell of a property you want to nullify, type <null>.

4. Save the file.

5. In the Main tab of the spreadsheet, generate the component register load file.

6. Load the generated file into Smart Plant Foundation Desktop Client. See Load offline datasheets and data lists in SmartPlant Foundation Help.

This functionality only works with register templates that are delivered with SmartPlant Construction Hotfix 10 or later. It does not work on required properties.
