Cause
The database instance name as given is incorrect, or the database instance does not exist on the host specified in the Web Service Host value of the schedule system.
Solution
The P6 administrator should refer to the Primavera configuration on the host machine to verify that the database instance name is valid and that the database instance exists.
The database instance name is case-sensitive.
