Open an IWP or CWP.

Click Reports.

Click the report name to generate.

Select any report criteria on the Selection Criteria dialog box.

Select a report output on the Selection Criteria dialog box.

Select the Remember these settings option to remember the settings you selected for the report parameters and output format.

Click Print on the Selection Criteria dialog box to generate the report to the selected output.
If a single output format is defined for a report (like a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet
file), the report generates automatically to that output when you click the report
name.
