This dialog allows you to enter a long text value in the Description text in the Common Properties dialog for an item. For long descriptions, select the ellipsis button 
to bring up the Description dialog.
Description
Allows you to enter a description for the item.
Very long descriptions cannot be displayed in their entirety in labels, reports,
and so forth.
