In Engineering Manager, the scope defines the extent of the items that you are able to view and subsequently claim, based on plant group levels of the project. In Smart Electrical, any item that you scope in As-Built becomes available for viewing in the project. When you select and scope main items, the software includes certain related items in the scope.
