Specifies that the factor F is calculated in the design of a floating head. F is a direct function of the internal pressure. If the internal pressure is 0, then F is equal to 0, such as in the flange bolt up case where there is no internal pressure when bolting up the unit.

The code can be interpreted to mean that F should always be calculated. This option is conservative and is not selected by default.
