Enter the outer diameter of the flanged portion (shell/channel/floating head) to which the tubesheet is gasketed.
If this input is left blank, it is set equal to the tubesheet OD. Specify this input, for cases where flanged portion OD is different from the tubesheet OD.
For tubesheets that are gasketed with both the shell and channel, this input is for the shell side.
