This number is then used in conjunction with the operating weight of the vessel to compute the forces that act on the saddle supports.
If for any reason the table value of Cs is unacceptable, entry of a non-zero value will cause this to be used in lieu of the
table value. This can occur if the building code in your project specifications is
different from the one used by the software.
