Select Hollow for a hollow attachment and select Solid for a solid attachment. Round-hollow attachments are converted to round-solid attachments for the cylinder-to-cylinder analysis. Round-hollow attachments are analyzed on spherical vessels. Rectangular attachments on spherical shells cannot be analyzed using this method.
