March 1979 Use B1 and B2 is likely to be the most accurate option. It typically produces slightly higher stresses
than the other versions. These stresses more closely match theoretical results. The
stress computation method was also adjusted to compute B1 and B2 maximum stresses
that do not lie on the stress points A, B, C or D. This is referred to as calculation
of the off-angle maximums.
