If you encounter this error on the j5 reporting service, we recommend that you:

Run C:\Program Files (x86)\j5\framework\reporting-service\bin\j5ReportingServicew.exe. The j5 Reporting Service Properties window opens.

Select the Java tab.

Increase the memory available in the Maximum memory pool box.
Since the j5 reporting service is a 32-bit process, the theoretical maximum value
is 4GB. However, due to various additional constraints such as available swap, kernel
address space usage, memory fragmentation, and VM overhead, in practice the limit
can be much lower. On most modern Windows systems, the maximum heap size ranges from
1.4GB to 1.6GB.
