If the j5 Setup Wizard fails to complete the setup changes, error descriptions appear on the j5 Setup Wizard. Click Open Log File to access the detailed setup log file.

Run the j5 Setup Wizard again. This might resolve the problem.

If it doesn’t, then further investigation and action must be taken to identify and resolve the problem. When the problem has been resolved, run the j5 Setup Wizard again. It completes any unfinished tasks and ensures that all the configuration files are correct.
