Proposed solutions:

  1. The domain user must be added as a user in j5 before you can sign in with it. You might need to add DBAuthentication temporarily as an additional authentication method in the j5 System Management Console to be able to add the user to j5 if no domain user is in j5 already.

  2. j5 is case sensitive. The domain user and the j5 username must be identical.
