Error Description
Unable to view sub-application(s) for any product when logged in as an Application User.
Resolution
You can verify the following to resolve the error:

Based on the role assigned to the user (Lead, Admin, Designer, Viewer, and so on)\, verify whether the user has permission to view the sub-application.
or

Verify if the application is assigned to the user.
or
-
Verify if the application that is installed on Citrix is a new application and has the correct/exact name on Citrix.
