Error Description

While configuring OKTA, the user gets an error - 403 App Not Assigned. Sorry, you can't access eco02-eco-app-saml because you have not assigned this app in Okta. If you're wondering why this is happening, please contact your administrator.

Resolution

Application groups are not assigned to the user account in OKTA.
