View the Estate Performance report to get information about planned and unplanned maintenances carried out for the estate. You can also view the SLAs for the estate. The report contains the following tabs:

  • Estate Performance Summary: Critical Service Level (CSL), number of unplanned maintenance, and the Mean Clean Days (MCD) on a monthly basis.

  • Maintenance Hours: Number of service hours, and the number of hours when the estate was under maintenance (both planned and emergency). For example, you can view the number of hours the estate was serviced on the 13th day of the month.

  • Maintenances: Planned and emergency maintenances for a month. It also displays the start date and end date of a maintenance along with the number of hours of maintenance.

  • KPI: Critical Service Level (CSL) KPI and the Mean Clean Days (MCD) KPI statistics.
