  1. Open Intergraph Smart Cloud login page, click Need Help Signing In.

  2. Click Reset Password.

  3. Type your login name in the Username box and click Submit.

    You will receive an email with a link to reset the password.

  4. Open the email and click the Password Reset URL link. The Smart Cloud Portal page appears.

  5. In the Password Reset window, type the User Name, New Password, Confirm Password, and click Submit. Your new password will be successfully changed.

  6. Click Redirect to Logon Page.

    The login page will appear.

    • You must change the password when you login to Cloud Portal application for the first time.

    • The password you choose must be at least twelve characters long and must include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special character (such as !@#$%^&*+=), and a number.

    • Do not use any previously used password or one that contains any part of your user name.

    • You password expires in every 60 days and must be reset. You would be receiving emails to reset your password prior to the password expiration .
